The indication of interest period on this offering is expected to close at 4pm ET this evening, Wednesday, June 28, 2017.  The registration statement is expected to be declared effective and the offering to price this evening.  To meet prospectus delivery requirements this offering must be done on an electronic only basis through Fidelity.com.  The confirmation period is expected to occur this evening after 6pm ET.

Other assets may be included in the calculation at our discretion. In addition, an account in which an indication of interest is entered must have at least $2,000 in cash or fully paid securities.
